We offer secure private storage, a professional business address during absences, and the unique opportunity to transform our shared areas into a living atelier where you can exhibit your work.
Non-Presence Rate: Starting from 150€/month (depending on the module).
Presence Rate: Flexible discounts based on your length of stay.
Annual Pro: Stability & Prestige
Long-term engineering. A model dedicated to premium modules (Rooms 3 & 4) for those seeking annual stability without the burden of excessive linear expenses, converting residency into a financial efficiency asset.
Annual Benefit: Pay 10.5 Months & Enjoy 12 (equivalent to a 12.5% direct savings efficiency).
Flexible Partner: Membership on Demand
Financial Structure: Secure your membership with an initial deposit (ranging from 300€ to 500€) held securely in your digital wallet as operational credit. The remaining balance for your stay is settled flexibly upon check-in.
Occupancy: Up to 30 days of premium living per year in your chosen module, used in blocks whenever your schedule demands.
User Privileges: Priority booking, complete exemption from room reconfiguration fees, and top-tier priority access for module upgrades.
